Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used perfumes.

Returns may only be accepted if:

  • The product was delivered damaged.
  • The wrong item was received.
  • The product arrived with a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unopened.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, a refund or replacement will be processed.

Refunds are issued only in cases of:

  • Damaged products during delivery.
  • Incorrect items shipped.
  • Verified manufacturing defects.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
